FAQs

I can't meditate, I have tried. Will this meditation work for me?

There is a myth that meditation means emptying your mind and having no thoughts. And if you can't empty your mind, therefore you can't meditate. THIS IS INCORRECT!

Meditation is about focusing your attention.

The Evening Meditation is a guided meditation so focusing is easy. Throughout the meditation there are tips on how you can stay focused if your mind drifts off. So, everyone can do this meditation.

How long will it take to notice a difference?

You should feel relaxed every time you do this meditation. Longer lasting benefits take a bit more time.
This is a new practice for you and your brain and mind. And like anything new, it takes a little bit of time. So please give this mediation time to do its thing (I recommend at least 21 consecutive days of intentional practice).

Do I need any special equipment?

No, you don't need anything special. Just a comfortable place to sit - in your bed, on the ground, in a chair or wherever you can feel relaxed.
